Customer Success Coordinator – Tour Operations

Job overview

The Customer Success Coordinator – Tour Operations role is onsite in Savannah, GA. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The coordinator supports Kelly Tours’ Tour Department and its travelers, teachers, group leaders, and internal operations team. The role helps customers get accurate answers and helps trips depart prepared and on schedule. It combines customer service and reservations support with trip preparation, inventory coordination, and occasional tour-directing assignments to support organized group travel experiences.

What you'll do

• Serve as a first point of contact
• answer calls and questions about trips, charters, and reservations
• process customer payments by phone
• review customer and trip information in TourStore
• provide live chat support
• review upcoming departures, deadlines, records, payments, and trip details
• prepare trip materials and supplies
• monitor operational needs and communicate potential issues
• manage inventory records and distribute supplies
• assist with manual deliveries
• occasionally accompany groups and help keep trips organized and on schedule.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; occasional travel may be required. Previous customer service, hospitality, travel, reservations, inventory, administration, or event coordination experience is helpful but not required.
