What you'll do

• Represent creditors and business clients in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, restructuring matters, and insolvency litigation
• develop litigation strategy and manage complex bankruptcy matters
• draft and argue motions, briefs, and pleadings
• handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, and trials
• mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the bankruptcy practice.

Why this role
