What you'll do

• Review, evaluate, and process adverse-event information and Individual Case Safety Reports
• assess seriousness, validity, causality, and labeling
• conduct case quality reviews
• monitor vendor processing trends and escalate issues
• update SOPs and support process improvements
• prepare quarterly quality summaries
• ensure health authority submissions meet local regulations
• train internal and vendor staff
• support follow-up communications, reconciliation, audits, and inspections.
