What you'll do
- Review and approve resident files and certifications
- monitor compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, RD, HOME, and other program requirements
- prepare for and support state agency and investor audits
- interpret regulations and communicate requirements to on-site teams
- maintain compliance data in OneSite
- assist with agency and investor reporting
- identify risks and develop solutions
- support process improvements and internal procedures
- train and guide property teams
- collaborate across departments.
