What you'll do

• Lead legal evaluation and internal review of customer and government-related agreements
• advise on contract interpretation, risk, and negotiation strategy
• coordinate cross-functional contract reviews
• assess healthcare regulatory issues including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and state law
• maintain contracting policies, playbooks, templates, status tracking, and approval processes
• coordinate outside counsel when needed
• advise on other legal matters.
