Construction Associate

What you'll do

• Oversee the Quality Control Inspection (QCI) process.
• Act as a liaison between Operations, Construction, Customer Care and external agencies.
• Assure construction materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections at various stages of construction.
• Review and verify blueprints.
• Assist in scheduling subcontractors.
• Monitor work quality and progress of subcontractors.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding concerns.
• Monitor and enforce safety and Company policy compliance.
