What you'll do

• Build ongoing patient relationships
• conduct phone triage and respond to clinical inquiries
• educate patients on medications, precautions, and care plans
• manage test results, refills, and prior authorizations
• perform lab draws, specimen collection, immunizations, and EKGs
• collaborate with physicians and staff
• follow HIPAA requirements.
