What you'll do

• Work at broiler, grill, and sauté stations
• inspect and clean food preparation areas
• ensure ingredients are fresh and food is stored and cooked at correct temperatures
• collaborate on menu and preparation techniques and substitutions
• present, portion, and garnish food.
