What you'll do

• Respond to tenant and management requests and work orders
• assist with maintenance repairs and unit turns
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs, and cleaning
• document work in the Yardi mobile app
• conduct property walks and identify safety issues
• maintain grounds, buildings, units, and common areas.
