Automotive Technician Apprentice

The Automotive Technician Apprentice role is onsite in Grapevine, TX, with compensation of $18–$26 per hour. The position supports Family Tire’s service center. The role diagnoses vehicle problems and performs maintenance and repairs to help customers receive clear repair information and dependable service. It also supports repair-status tracking, technical documentation, and service-center procedures.

What you'll do

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• assist with procedures for tracking repair status and maintaining technical documentation
• perform routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• inspect vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, and brakes
• communicate repair information clearly to customers.
