What you'll do

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, community rooms, and public areas
• dust surfaces and fixtures
• clean public restrooms
• collect garbage
• polish surfaces and clean windows
• deep-clean apartment units during make-ready turns
• report emergencies and health or safety concerns
• maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
