The Construction Manager, Owner’s Representative role is onsite in Gardner, KS, with pay of $80,000–$125,000 per year plus benefits. The role supports the U.S. Postal Service’s Kansas City RPDC renovation project, an approximately 1,000,000-square-foot facility that will remain partially occupied and operational during construction. Serving as the Owner’s Agent, the manager provides oversight and advice to help deliver the project safely and in line with contract requirements, quality, schedule, and cost goals. The work includes coordinating contractors and stakeholders, monitoring schedules and budgets, managing submittals and change orders, documenting progress, and supporting issue resolution and commissioning.

What you'll do

• Provide proactive construction management advice to the client
• monitor, assess, coordinate, and oversee construction work for the Owner
• coordinate submittal reviews
• monitor project financial data and change orders
• maintain project schedules and daily records
• conduct or attend progress meetings and follow up on action items
• assist with issue resolution
• support testing, inspections, commissioning, and closeout activities as assigned.
