What you'll do

• Travel daily to research sites
• supervise, evaluate, train, and mentor research coordinators and assistants
• assign studies and balance workloads
• monitor productivity and source-data reports
• review employee metrics
• manage site operations and staff participation in research
• implement clinical trial agreements and budgets
• support vendor onboarding and supplies
• promote recruitment and enrollment goals
• ensure protocol, ICH-GCP, FDA, and other applicable compliance
• conduct quality assurance and corrective action planning
• conduct pre-study and site initiation visits
• resolve site issues and communicate with physicians, vendors, sponsors, and CROs.
