What you'll do

• Lead accounting for M&A, including due diligence, purchase accounting, integration, and contingent consideration
• advise Business Development on deal economics and accounting impacts
• manage equity award accounting and forecasting
• oversee Rule 310 statements and consolidated balance sheet flux analysis
• prepare the statement of cash flows
• support SEC filings and audits
• ensure GAAP and regulatory compliance
• serve as the lease accounting subject matter expert
• assess Sarbanes-Oxley controls
• identify process improvements.
