The Registered Dental Hygienist — Part-Time role is onsite in Escondido, CA, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch and 16 hours per week. The hygienist provides dental hygiene care and education, assesses oral health, performs treatments under dentist-prescribed plans, and supports clinic operations and compliance. The role contributes to patient care and community dental health activities.

What you'll do

• Provide periodontal therapies and dental hygiene services
• assess dental conditions and needs
• examine oral health and document observations
• take digital radiographs and intra-oral photos
• perform hygiene procedures under dentist-prescribed treatment plans
• educate patients on oral hygiene and dental care
• support clinic operations, records, infection control, and regulatory compliance
• conduct dental health clinics for community groups.

Why this role

Requires a valid California Registered Dental Hygienist license, NPI number or ability to obtain one before hire, current AHA-approved BLS certification, and one year of dental hygienist experience. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
