The RN supports high-quality primary care through clinical nursing, patient education, care coordination, and collaboration with office-based and virtual teammates. The role helps deliver procedures and screenings, support seasonal vaccination clinics, and maintain continuity of care through patient communication and clinical documentation.

What you'll do

  • Provide in-person nursing care, patient education, and care coordination
  • support vaccinations, medication administration, ear lavage, EKGs, screenings, and other procedures within RN scope
  • collaborate with office-based and virtual care teams
  • support value-based care initiatives, seasonal vaccination clinics, and virtual queue tasks including documentation and chart auditing.
