What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and administrative supervision
• coach staff and team leads
• develop and update crisis service policies and procedures
• monitor clinical and crisis performance indicators
• complete quality and compliance audits
• train team leads, crisis agents, and peer support specialists
• implement trauma-informed practices
• provide real-time staff support, call monitoring, and crisis-call response when needed
• participate in rotating clinical on-call responsibilities.
