What you'll do

• Respond to routine HR inquiries
• support employee lifecycle transactions
• prepare HR communications and documents
• maintain and audit HRIS records and personnel files
• generate reports and metrics
• coordinate hourly recruiting and onboarding
• administer assigned employee programs and events
• manage badge and facility-access records
• maintain HR communications and department files
• support audits and continuous improvement.
