What you'll do

• Provide daily personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene
• assist with daily living activities under the Plan of Care
• observe and report patient conditions
• support meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping
• accompany patients to medical appointments and essential errands.
