What you'll do

• Administer employee benefits and coordinate with carriers, brokers, administrators, and vendors
• reconcile benefit invoices, eligibility, enrollments, and payroll deductions
• support leave and workers’ compensation administration
• maintain HR systems, integrations, and data
• participate in system testing and implementations
• generate reports and analyze data
• perform payroll quality-control reviews and support audits
• maintain confidential records and process documentation.
