Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist role is onsite in Beachwood, OH, with hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour. The role supports customers of Helix Linear Technologies, which designs and manufactures high-precision motion control systems. As the first point of contact, this specialist manages orders and inquiries, provides timely updates, and works across internal teams to resolve customer issues. Accurate, responsive support helps maintain customer trust and supports the company’s sales and production operations.

What you'll do

• Enter, process, and close customer orders and RMAs in Sales and Epicor ERP within 24 hours
• respond to phone and email inquiries within 24 hours
• monitor open orders and proactively update customers about delays
• coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Shipping
• support sales quoting, follow-up, and reporting
• log customer interactions
• provide general office support.
