The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), Eastern Massachusetts Regional Traveler role is onsite, based out of Bridgewater Correctional Facility and covering Bridgewater, Shirley, Boston, and Devens, MA. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour. Rendevor Dialysis works to reduce the risk and burden of dialysis through dependable partnerships and care tailored to patients’ lives.

What you'll do

• Perform hemodialysis treatments and specialized nursing care
• assess patients, respond to changes and emergencies, develop and evaluate care plans, administer ordered medications, collect specimens, document care, and coordinate with the healthcare team. Travel among the listed Massachusetts facilities as needed
• mileage between facilities is reimbursed under company policy.

Why this role

Requires a current Massachusetts RN license, current CPR certification or certification within three months of hire, and at least one year of hemodialysis RN experience within the past two years. The schedule may range from five to fifteen hours per day based on unit requirements.
