What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one intervention in a facility setting with children and adolescents
• implement applied behavior analysis and treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• provide behavioral intervention and crisis management
• document and redirect challenging behaviors
• contribute input and feedback to treatment plans
• monitor client progress and support behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
• maintain clients’ safety and physical and emotional health.
