Patient Acquisition and Growth Executive, Inside Sales

What you'll do

• Convert inbound leads into scheduled new patients
• conduct outbound outreach to prospective patients, families, and facility partners
• reactivate patients not seen in 12 or more months
• generate referrals from assisted living and skilled nursing partners
• build relationships with administrators and wellness directors
• maintain CRM activity and pipeline records
• meet KPIs
• collaborate with Operations and Clinical teams to maximize provider schedules.
