As the Investor Relations communications lead, this role shapes investor messaging and editorial standards, oversees the Investor Experience team, and turns complex ideas, research, and results into clear donor materials. It also leads investor event strategy and builds workflows that support consistent, high-quality fundraising communications.

What you'll do

• Define and refine the organization’s investor narrative and value proposition
• maintain editorial standards and investor-facing materials
• oversee foundational communications and coordinate brand alignment for events and collateral
• lead strategy and execution for in-person and virtual investor events
• develop presentations and talking points and coach speakers
• lead and develop the Investor Experience team
• set priorities and allocate resources
• build scalable editorial workflows
• support Investor Relations and organizational leadership projects.
