What you'll do

• Deliver onsite programs and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• conduct resident outreach
• prepare documentation for MidPen and external agencies
• provide low-to-moderate crisis intervention and follow mandated reporting procedures
• collaborate with community agencies and monitor partner services
• assist with needs assessments and follow-up
• participate in property planning and events
• maintain records and timely reports
• coordinate with property management and colleagues.
