What you'll do

• Monitor bridge loans and underlying asset performance
• review draw requests and supporting documentation
• compare current performance with prior reporting and underwriting
• track business-plan changes, insurance losses, and delinquencies
• assist with securitization reporting, maturity and watchlist analysis, sensitivities, watchlist summaries, and loan modification or extension recommendations
• visit markets and inspect properties.
