What you'll do

• Develop test procedures, documentation, and QC policies
• train QC technicians
• assign work and coordinate schedules
• analyze statistical data and product specifications
• coordinate QC objectives with production
• direct inspection and testing
• conduct laboratory tests and interpret results
• analyze process and equipment performance
• consult with scientists and engineers
• recommend testing improvements
• maintain records and lab equipment
• organize quality training
• participate in resolving QC problems and investigating customer complaints.
