Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Denver, CO, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. BlueLine Property Management supports affordable apartment communities and resident living environments. The technician maintains safe, clean, and functional properties through repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, resident service, and work-order documentation. The position splits time between two area properties and includes after-hours emergency on-call rotations.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues
• complete wallboard, countertop, lock, and painting repairs
• inspect properties
• assist with emergencies such as snow removal, floods, and fires
• respond to resident requests
• conduct scheduled preventive maintenance
• document work orders and logs
• support inventory and vendor coordination
• participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
