• Participate in and lead audit planning, control analysis and testing, substantive procedures, and reporting
• prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, audit programs, and management reports
• review internal controls
• identify and resolve client issues
• communicate with clients and engagement teams about deadlines and deliverables
• develop risk assessments and recommendations
• propose process improvements
• train and mentor associates
• participate in business development and build referral networks.
