The Activities Assistant — Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living role is onsite in Eagle, CO, with pay of $18 to $24 per hour depending on experience. Castle Peak is a Cassia community dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care and fullness of life for older adults. The assistant plans and conducts activities that support residents’ interests, engagement, and well-being. The role coordinates events and outings, documents participation and observations, and works with residents’ families, volunteers, and the campus team.

What you'll do

• Plan and monitor individual and group leisure activities, including outings and outdoor activities
• encourage residents’ interests and hobbies
• coordinate weekend, evening, and holiday events
• maintain working relationships with residents’ families or guardians
• document attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
• transport residents to activities
• coordinate meetings and record minutes
• assist with the volunteer program.
