The role evaluates prospective members’ needs and presents how the club may meet them. It contributes to membership growth and engagement through tours, appointments, follow-up, outreach, and accurate sales records.

What you'll do

• Present current membership campaigns and club activities
• greet guests and arrange tours or appointments
• make at least 30 phone contacts per day
• schedule and confirm at least three appointments daily, excluding renewals
• complete membership agreements and daily worksheets
• encourage member participation
• maintain contact and follow-up records
• attend sales meetings
• conduct corporate outreach
• and send thank-you notes within 48 hours.
