What you'll do

• File documentation in hard-copy and electronic charts

• perform assigned clerical duties
• conduct weekly chart audits and report findings to the Rehab Supervisor
• assist therapists with routine equipment, positioning, and dressing tasks
• keep the therapy room neat and orderly
• maintain professional communication.
