What you'll do

• Own database strategy and roadmaps

• direct security, monitoring, capacity, backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery practices
• lead major incident response
• coordinate with technology, risk, audit, and vendor teams
• manage audit readiness, licensing, and service providers
• coach and evaluate employees.
