What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end enterprise operations improvement initiatives
• create presentations on clinical excellence indicators
• develop training, job aids, SOPs, workflows, playbooks, handbooks, checklists, and guides
• lead cross-functional work groups
• use complex data to inform recommendations. The posting requires 20–25% travel and a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
