Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Clackamas, OR. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The generalist oversees local HR functions spanning employee relations, recruitment, compliance, reporting, and development. The role supports a respectful workplace and helps managers and employees address staffing, performance, and policy needs.

What you'll do

• Promote open communication and an inclusive workplace
• serve as a liaison between team members and leadership
• assist with employee-relations investigations, coaching, corrective actions, improvement plans, and performance reviews
• manage recruitment from job postings through onboarding
• support offboarding
• ensure employment-law compliance
• maintain employee records and HR databases
• prepare HR reports
• assist with benefits enrollment
• coordinate training and development
• provide verbal and written Spanish translations. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, at least three years of HR experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are required.
