• Support activities of daily living, community participation, appointments, and skill-building
• respect individual choice, dignity, privacy, and independence
• assist with social, communication, and independent-living skills
• provide medication support and documentation according to plans and policies
• complete electronic records
• maintain a safe environment
• collaborate with families and support teams
• and respond appropriately to emergencies and unexpected situations.
