What you'll do

• Assist with customer communication, vehicle presentations, test drives, and deliveries
• learn dealership customer relationship management systems and follow-up processes
• support inventory merchandising
• help organize finance paperwork and funding processes
• assist with sales performance tracking, customer satisfaction metrics, performance boards, sales logs, and follow-up
• participate in meetings, training, and mentorship.
