The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing, Day Shift role is onsite in New Albany, IN, paying $18–$20 per hour, plus experience credit and shift differentials on designated shifts. Charlestown Place’s Skilled Nursing community provides residents with daily hands-on care and support. The CNA helps residents with daily living activities, monitors health, documents care, and provides companionship and emotional support. Working with residents, families, and nursing staff, the role contributes to residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide daily direct care to skilled nursing residents

• communicate clearly, attend to detail, and respond effectively to emergencies.
