Job overview

The Software Build / Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Engineer role is hybrid, with at least two onsite days per week and additional office time as business needs arise, at Janicki Industries’ Sedro-Woolley, WA facilities. The base salary range is $105,000–$170,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus. The role supports development teams building software used across Janicki’s engineering and manufacturing operations. The engineer owns build, release, and deployment infrastructure so development teams can ship software reliably and securely. The work focuses on CI/CD pipelines, Windows-based build environments, deployment workflows, automation, and infrastructure security, enabling reproducible builds and dependable releases across configurations and environments.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows
• administer platform secrets, configurations, environment variables, and access controls
• maintain self-hosted Windows runners and on-premise infrastructure
• manage virtual machine environments
• implement secrets management
• support .NET builds and troubleshoot dependencies
• write automation scripts
• manage Windows software distribution
• monitor pipeline health
• apply Infrastructure as Code
• collaborate with development teams
• maintain supply-chain security practices.
