The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Afterschool, Jackson EI Center role is onsite at the clinic in Jackson, NJ, with compensation of $23–$40 per hour. Children’s Specialized ABA serves children with autism through clinical innovation, whole-child care, and personalized therapy. The RBT provides one-on-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role contributes to individualized care by implementing behavior plans, tracking progress, and working with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and care team.

What you'll do

  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions in a clinic setting
  • implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
  • use CentralReach and other electronic tools for preference assessments and data tracking
  • participate in clinical meetings and receive supervision and feedback
  • maintain program books and develop teaching materials
  • communicate progress to parents and caregivers
  • provide basic care such as toileting and eating as needed.

Why this role
