What you'll do

• Assess, treat, and provide nursing care appropriate to patients’ ages and needs
• identify nursing diagnoses and care needs
• develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• administer medications safely
• communicate changes in patient status to physicians and the care team
• document care
• follow patient safety and infection prevention standards
• complete emergency department triage and training requirements.
