What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to the Medication Administration Record under Registered Nurse supervision
• verify participant identity and document medication details
• observe and report responses or unexpected reactions
• document medications not administered
• provide assigned personal care and support with activities of daily living, room cleanliness, scheduled activities, dining services, and individual service plans.
