The Caregiver — Enrichment Partner role is onsite in Surprise, AZ, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule of 8:45 a.m.–2:15 p.m. Pay is $15.65 per hour. Benevilla’s Adult Day Programs support members through meaningful activities and daily care. The caregiver helps members participate in enrichment activities, assists with personal care and daily living needs, and contributes to a safe, welcoming, structured environment. The role also provides coverage support based on member-ratio needs and builds respectful relationships with members and teammates.
