Driver Manager Assistant

The Driver Manager Assistant role is onsite in Buckeye, AZ. Pay is $22 per hour. The role supports Duncan Trucking’s dispatch operations and over-the-road drivers. The assistant performs dispatch duties and fills in for Driver Managers when they are out of the office. By coordinating loads, tracking driver movements, and maintaining dispatch records within regulatory and company requirements, the role helps keep deliveries moving and information current.

What you'll do

• Coordinate load assignments with Export and Import departments
• arrange pickups and deliveries in compliance with hours-of-service regulations
• prioritize live loads, direct deliveries, and Last Free Day containers
• confirm completed loads and update databases and spreadsheets
• monitor driver locations and status
• dispatch drivers to support weekly mileage and turn goals
• track and log driver issues and feedback
• attend monthly valued-driver and quarterly driver-safety meetings.

Why this role

Schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; Sunday and Monday off. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
