What you'll do

• Perform full interior and exterior vehicle details
• manage daily schedule and route across Madison and Dane County
• quote jobs and communicate with customers
• sell maintenance plans, ceramic coatings, and upgrades
• use booking and CRM software
• document work with before-and-after photos
• manage inventory, supplies, and work van condition
• as the market grows, hire, train, and manage technicians
• work with the owner to grow the Madison market.
