What you'll do

  • Draft and negotiate construction and infrastructure agreements, including EPC, design-build, alternative delivery, supply and purchase, engineering, and consulting agreements
  • advise on risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, and bonding
  • support transactions through all stages
  • collaborate with clients, project teams, and attorneys
  • assist with negotiations and contract structuring
  • manage multiple high-value transactions.
