What you'll do

• Audit hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue reports
• assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• resolve overnight guest concerns
• process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments in the property management system
• balance cash and card transactions
• prepare daily reports
• monitor hotel security.
