The Before and After School Group Leader / Early Learning Professional role is onsite in Sterling, MA. Pay is $16 per hour. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to engage students beyond the school day. The group leader guides students through daily curriculum activities and helps maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom environment. The role builds relationships with children, families, teammates, and school staff to support students’ learning and well-being.

What you'll do

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities in World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts. Prioritize child safety and follow procedures
• keep the space clean and organized
• help create a supportive and inclusive environment
• build relationships with teammates, children, families, and school staff.
