The position is part of Rolls-Royce’s Digital Design and Industrialization Team, supporting its engineering, technology, and safety strategy. The engineer expands Siemens NX capabilities, supports product lifecycle management and model-based definition tools, and develops CAD automation to improve modeling efficiency. The role also owns the global tactical model-based definition solution and related processes and guidance, helping design and manufacturing teams improve product definition and engineering efficiency.

What you'll do

• Increase Siemens NX functionality through AI and user acceptance testing, including regression testing of NX, NX Copilot, and Teamcenter updates
• support PLM and MBD systems and tools
• develop CAD geometric feature automation in NX
• work with manufacturing engineering on Product Definition Master Models
• own the global tactical MBD solution, related processes, and guidance
• support LOTAR, MBD, and NX Open
• maintain product-definition process documentation and support automation workstreams and digital transformation.
